Dton Naam staff are committed to serving and being in community with at-risk boys and transgender sex workers based in Bangkok, Thailand.  As you learn about Dton Naam on our website, are introduced to us through friends, or read about us in a publication, you may feel a connection to our mission and the work that we are doing.  If you have a heart for serving this marginalized population, we would love to hear from you.

We invite you to look over the position descriptions of our current paid staff openings below. We are also always accepting resumes and letters of interest if you do not see a position below that fits your specific skill set or interest area. If you are interested in learning more about staff needs in a specific field please send your resume and letter of interest to info@dtonnaam.org.

  • Basic Qualifications for Staff at Dton Naam
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Experience living cross-culturally and/or with other NGOs will be taken into consideration in lieu of prior participation with Dton Naam
  • Specific qualifications for each opening can be found in the position descriptions
  • We also suggest time be spent (minimum of two weeks) with the Dton Naam community where the open position is located before a final hiring decision is made

Volunteers

Dton Naam Ministries is always looking for long-term volunteers who are interested in committing to a 4-6 month term in Bangkok, Thailand.  This volunteer experience includes elements of community, discipleship, and ministry.  We are looking for the following skills and experience when we evaluate volunteers for fit:

  • Social work, counseling, or art therapy
  • English teaching
  • Vocational skill training (cooking, barista)
  • Outreach coordination and management
  • Bible study leading
