Dear Friends,
As we arrive to the final day of 2025, filled with gratitude reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve taken together this year. Your unwavering support has been a beacon of hope, walking alongside our staff, our students, and many others in need of a helping hand.
Thanks to you, boys like Dusit and Ink* are not only safe but thriving, healing, and inspiring others towards a path of freedom and health. Our trans cases, such as Tanasak and Jazz, are living proof of resilience and strength, growing each day in an environment filled with love and acceptance.
If you haven’t yet, I encourage you to revisit the student stories we shared on Giving Tuesday. Each narrative is a testament to your direct impact on their lives, which also ripple into their families too.
December was a particularly special month for us. Our dedicated team, along with some dear friends, distributed 500 Christmas gifts: 250 to young guys working in the sex industry and 250 to the “ladyboy” and trans sex workers. With a total cost of just $630 USD, every gift represented an opportunity for our small team to speak life, hope, and encouragement into the lives of 500 sex workers.
Here's a snapshot of our outreach efforts from January to December 2025:
We conducted outreach in the three major red-light districts of Bangkok, visiting a total of 34 times. Through these engagements, we managed to connect with approximately 1,100 sex workers, offering them not just immediate support but trust, encouragement, and the reminder that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
Additionally, during our Christmas outreach, we hand-delivered our gifts in person, bringing joy and a sense of community to those who might otherwise feel isolated and easily overlooked.

Our team also dedicated roughly 240 hours to hospital and home visits, providing care, emotional support, and assistance through medical appointments and personal challenges.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are working diligently to raise our budget, and I’m thrilled to share some positive news:
We have received our annual funding from Australia, which has increased from last year, a testament to their long-standing support. A huge thank you to the Pong Community for your incredible generosity over the past decade!
This Fall, we welcomed new “Steadfast Partners” who have committed to supporting our mission monthly, helping ensure our sustainability and growth.
Many of you have sent generous end-of-year gifts, bringing us renewed hope and strength as we plan for the upcoming year.
Your monthly partnership directly fuels our mission, and as we step into 2026, we do so with renewed determination and vision, all thanks to you. Hope you each had a beautiful Christmas and Happiest of New year too.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and blessed New Year!
